Logging In

If you've never used Harvest Cart before, register by selecting the Login/Register option from the main menu. This will allow you to use handy features such as seeing your previously purchased items, creating shopping lists, and saving your information for faster checkouts.

General FAQ's

How much does it cost to use Harvest Cart?

There is a $1.99 service charge. There will be a $9.99 charge when you choose our delivery service.  

Do you charge more online than in-store?

No! You pay the same prices in Harvest Cart as you do in-store.

What can I buy?

You can buy anything you can buy in-store. Feel free to browse our monthly ad, weekly produce specials, shop by department, or use our handy filters to find your new, organic, Non-GMO Project Verified, or locally made items. If you've placed an order with us before, you can use the past order or past items feature to quickly restock your favorites with just a few clicks.

What do you have in stock right now?

Harvest Cart shows item availability in real-time. Inventory is updated as we continually receive products throughout the day. However, out-of-stocks are happening moment by moment. We will do our best to fill orders as they are being placed. We appreciate your patience and grace as we do our best to serve you.

Can I change my order once it's been completed?

Yes! We'd love to help you get what you desire in your order. When you are signed into your account, locate the drop-down account menu, and go to the Orders function. If the order you placed is not being picked at the store, you will see the option to edit your order. Feel free to make any desired edits to your order. Keep in mind that you will need to choose a new pickup time at the end of editing your order. This may result in your original pick-up time no longer being available.

What if the product I order is not available?

During the checkout process, you can decide if you would like to allow for substitutions for your whole order or each individual item. We encourage you to use the "Add Instructions" feature to clarify what substitutions you would like to allow. Our goal is to never be out of stock on any item. However, if an item is out of stock, we will make an appropriate substitution keeping in mind your specific instructions.

Can I trust you to choose the freshest items?

Absolutely! Our staff is trained to carefully handpick each item, selecting only the best available products, including the freshest products in every department. Once your order is completed, your items will be stored in dedicated temperature-controlled areas to maintain their freshness. If you aren't happy with any item, we will gladly replace it or refund your money.

What if I need to return a product I received in my order?

Curbside Pickup FAQ's

Do you offer curbside pickup?

Yes! Place your order and select the pick up at store option. When you arrive in the store parking lot at your pickup time, please call that store location using the numbers below. The telephone number is also on your email confirmation. If you are Paying at Pickup, a staff member will bring out your itemized receipt and collect your payment method. They will process the payment inside the store and then return with your payment method and your order. If you paid with a credit card online, your transaction will be finalized and brought to your vehicle.

Can I use coupons for curbside pickup?

Yes! Bring your coupons along with you and mention them to staff when you come to pick up your grocery order. We will be able to scan your coupons when you complete your transaction at the store.

Can I order alcohol online?

Orders containing alcoholic beverages will be available for pickup. Prior to handing the customer their order, our staff must check your driver's license to verify age. If an adult over the age of 21 is not present at the time of pickup, any alcohol products will be removed from the order.

Who is authorized to pick up my online order?

You or a responsible person must pick up your order at the scheduled pickup time. If your order includes alcohol, you or your designated recipient must be 21 years of age or older.

Delivery FAQ's

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We offer delivery roughly 10 miles from our Cascade and Hudsonville locations and 5 miles from our Eastern Ave location. When you are checking out, choose the delivery option. From there you will be required to verify your address. Once your address is verified, it will tell you whether or not you are in the delivery range.

What is the charge for delivery?

There is a $9.99 charge for our delivery service.

Is there a minimum for delivery?

There is no minimum for delivery!

How will you be in contact with me?

We will be in contact with you through text messaging or phone calls if necessary. We will give you updates about your order status, and we give you an estimated time of arrival when the driver is headed out for delivery.

How do I know what car you will be driving?

All of our delivery vehicles will have our Harvest Health Foods logo on the front and sides! They are hard to miss!

Can I order alcohol for delivery?

Yes! We can deliver alcohol. There must be an individual over the age of 21 to present to receive any delivery containing alcohol. We will check a valid ID for any orders containing alcohol.

Weighted Items

For produce items that are priced by the pound, our staff will select the items that most closely match the weight you wished to purchase. Because of this, your total paid at the time of checkout at the store will vary slightly compared to your estimated online total. You will be charged only for the actual amount of product you receive.

For bulk foods, items are listed with the full per pound price and an average container size price. Please order the number of containers you wish to purchase. Because of this average size, your total paid at the time of checkout at the store will vary slightly compared to your estimated online total. You will be charged only for the actual amount of product you receive.


We offer two methods of payment. Pay at Pickup allows you to choose any method of payment we accept when you arrive at the store to pick up your order. You can also pay with a credit card online. If this is your first time using a credit card online, you will be prompted to enter your card information during the checkout process. If you have used a credit card in your account before, you will be allowed to use that credit card, or choose to enter a new one. When paying online, a hold will be placed for an amount greater than your estimated total to account for weighted bulk or produce items, or to allow for substitutions if allowed. When you arrive to pick up your order, we will finalize the transaction for the accurate total of items shopped for you.


We appreciate your thought of tipping our staff. However, our staff is instructed not to accept gratuity.


You will receive every sale price that we advertise in our stores. The price you pay will be determined on the day you pick up the order or your order is delivered. For example, if you are shopping on Saturday for a Monday pickup or delivery, you will pay the price of the products when your order is finalized on Monday.
