Logging In

If you've never used Harvest Cart before, register by selecting the Login/Register option from the main menu. This will allow you to use handy features such as seeing your previously purchased items, creating shopping lists, and saving your information for faster checkouts.

How much does it cost to use Harvest Cart?

Harvest Health has had your health in mind for over 68 years, and we are committed to doing so even through these challenging times. For the foreseeable future, we will be waiving all Harvest Cart shopping fees. The shopping fee will be removed automatically when you pay at pickup.

Do you offer curbside pickup?

Yes! Place your order and checkout online as normal. When you arrive in the store parking lot at your pickup time, please call that store location using the numbers below. The telephone number is also on your email confirmation. A staff member will bring out your itemized receipt and collect your payment method. They will process the payment inside the store and then return with your payment method and your order.

What do you have in stock right now?

Harvest Cart shows item availability in real-time. Inventory is updated as we continually receive products throughout the day. However, out-of-stocks are happening moment by moment. We will do our best to fill orders as they are being placed. We appreciate your patience and grace as we do our best to serve you.

What if the product I order is not available?

During the checkout process, you can decide if you would like to allow for substitutions for your whole order or each individual item. We encourage you to use the "Add Instructions" feature to clarify what substitutions you would like to allow. Our goal is to never be out of stock on any item. However, if an item is out of stock, we will make an appropriate substitution keeping in mind your specific instructions.

Do you charge more online than in-store?

No! You pay the same prices in Harvest Cart as you do in-store.

What can I buy?

You can buy anything you can buy in-store. Feel free to browse our monthly ad, weekly produce specials, shop by department, or use our handy filters to find your new, organic, Non-GMO Project Verified, or locally made items. If you've placed an order with us before, you can use the past order or past items feature to quickly restock your favorites with just a few clicks.

Can I trust you to choose the freshest items?

Absolutely! Our staff is trained to carefully handpick each item, selecting only the best available products, including the freshest products in every department. Once your order is completed, your items will be stored in dedicated temperature-controlled areas to maintain their freshness. If you aren't happy with any item, we will gladly replace it or refund your money.

Can I use coupons?

Yes! Bring your coupons along with you when you come to pick up your grocery order. We will be able to scan your coupons when you complete your transaction at the store.

Can I change my order once it's been completed?

We'd love to help you get what you desire in your order.  If you want to alter your order or add to it, feel free to contact the store where you placed your order. We will do our best to accommodate your needs!

Can I order alcohol online?

Orders containing alcoholic beverages will be available for pickup. Prior to handing the customer their order, our staff must check your driver's license to verify age. If an adult over the age of 21 is not present at the time of pickup, any alcohol products will be removed from the order.

What do I do when I arrive to pick up my order?

When you arrive at your scheduled time, come on into the store and head to our Harvest Cart table. One of our staff members will be there to help retrieve your order. If you chose the Pay at Pickup payment method, we'll help you quickly finish your transaction and load your groceries into your vehicle. That's all there is to it!

Who is authorized to pick up my online order?

You or a responsible person must pick up your order at the scheduled pickup time. If your order includes alcohol, you or your designated recipient must be 21 years of age or older.

What if I need to return a product I received in my order?

Feel free to contact the store where you placed your order. We would love to help you out!

Weighted Items

Produce items that are priced by the pound, our staff will select the items that most closely match the weight you wished to purchase. Because of this, your total paid at the time of checkout at the store will vary slightly compared to your estimated online total. You will be charged only for the actual amount of product you receive.

For bulk foods, items are listed with the full per pound price and an average container size price. Please order the number of containers you wish to purchase. Because of this average size, your total paid at the time of checkout at the store will vary slightly compared to your estimated online total. You will be charged only for the actual amount of product you receive.

Payment

Pay at Pickup is the only method of payment at this time. When you arrive at the store, you will be able to complete your order using any method of payment we accept.

Tipping

We appreciate your thought of tipping our staff. However, our staff are instructed not to accept gratuity.

Pricing

You will receive every sale price that we advertise in our stores. The price you pay will be determined on the day you pick up the order. For example, if you are shopping on Saturday for a Monday pickup, you will pay the price of the products when your order is finalized and picked up on Monday.
