Loving Local - Cultured Love's twist on Black Bean Hummus
1 can Organic Eden Black Beans
1/4-1/2 Cup Purple Hot and Spicy Cultured Love Kraut
1/4 Olive Oil
2 Tbs Tahini
2 Tbs Lime or Lemon Juice - Fresh
1/2 Tsp Cumin
1/4 Tsp Salt
Blend in a food processor until combined.
Let flavors blend in the fridge for 1/2 hour or so. Store any unused dip in fridge - * If you have any left!
Serve with favorite veggies or chips. Use in a wrap as a spread.

Carry Me Away Pesto!
1 bunch kale
1 cup basil leaves
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3-1/2 cup Carry Me Away Kraut
2 TBSP lemon juice
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp garlic minced
* Blend in food processor, scraping down sides when needed, until combined
* Serve over zoodles or noodles of choice!
I also like to put pesto into quinoa and serve it with diced tomato and sunflower seeds on top!
