4-5 Ripe Avocados
3 small/medium limes, 1 lime zested,  Juice all limes into a separate container. 
2 Medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped medium.
4 scallions chopped - white and green parts
1/2 bunch cilantro,  (washed, de-stemmed, chopped) 
1 clove garlic minced or pressed fine
1 Jalapeno - seeded and chopped fine ( To your desired heat level)
Salt and Pepper
Prepare all ingredients:
Peel and roughly mash Avocados in a large bowl.  Don't smash into a smooth paste. 
Add other ingredients, adding juiced lime, in divided batches to adjust for taste. 
Add salt and pepper to taste. 
Use your personal taste to adjust the amount of a particular ingredient,  adding more or less to match your taste.  If concerned start with a bit less, you can always add a bit more.
Serve quickly.
