Ayvurvedic Spring Cleanse

Spring cleaning our homes is an acknowledgment that our homes need to be refreshed after a long cold winter. 

Our bodies need the very same transition into the new season. Doing an internal body cleanse or detox every six months, as the seasons change, can be part of a healthy routine. Most of us have never tried doing a cleanse or thought they were a bit too challenging. No worries we are going to make it easy!

 Michele Fife, Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor, Yoga instructor, and WOTV's Wellness Expert will teach us to Spring clean our bodies with a gentle Ayurvedic Cleanse.

Ayurveda is a traditional system of medicine that integrates body, mind, and spirit using a comprehensive holistic approach. It emphasizing diet, herbal remedies, exercise, meditation, breathing, and physical therapy.

Michelle will share with us an easy to follow 7-9 day cleanse based primarily in whole foods. We'll learn about our body's Dosha and take a fun quiz to determine our own personal Dosha. Our Dosha is related to the three energies that determine our makeup and our bodies own unique response to the environment around us.

We will have instructions, recipes, samples, and inspiration to embark on your Ayurvedic Spring Cleanse.
