Coconut Superfood Popicles

Cacao Coconut Superfood Popsicles                PRINT RECPIE

Ingredients:

1 13 oz Can Classic Coconut Milk – refrigerated

    (Use only the thickened part of the coconut, save           liquid/water for a smoothie or enjoy)

1  Packet Garden of Life Green Superfood Greens

2-3 Heaping Teaspoons Harvest Health Xylitol

1 12 oz Rebbl Maca Mocha Super Herb Elixir

1/3 Cup Harvest Health Foods Cacao Powder

1 Teaspoon Vanilla

 

Put all ingredients into a high-speed blender.  Taste for desired sweetness – add more xylitol if you want it sweeter.  Makes enough to fill 6 popsicle molds with 1 extra, enjoy or put extra in ice cube tray or container and enjoy later.

 

Rebbl Mocha adds 4 grams of protein, 8 g Fiber and 13 g sugar – coconut sugar.

 

Coconut Strawberry Popsicles

Ingredients:

1 13 oz Can Classic Coconut Milk – refrigerated

    Use entire can

2-3 Heaping Teaspoons Harvest Health Xylitol

1 16 oz container of strawberries, washed and hulled

No added sugar, only natural sugars from strawberries.

 

Put all ingredients into a high-speed blender.  Taste for desired sweetness – add more xylitol if you want it sweeter.  Makes enough to fill 6 popsicle molds with 1 extra, enjoy or put extra in ice cube tray or container and enjoy later.
