Becky's Beef and Broccoli

GF, Soy Free, Gmo-Free

Ingredients
1-1/5 Pounds Grass-Fed boneless beef chuck roast or stew meat, sliced into thin strips
1 Tablespoon Organic Beef Better Than Bullion
1/2 cup GF / Organic Soy Sauce or GF soy sauce
1/2 Cup Harvest Health Foods Honey
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 garlic cloves, minced or 1 teaspoon dried ginger
2 tablespoons Non-GMO cornstarch - Rumford

1-2 in Knob of Ginger Grated

Fresh organic broccoli florets (as many as desired)
Hot cooked organic rice

Directions
1. Place beef in a crock pot - Can be frozen if already cut into small pieces
2. In a 2 cup measuring cup, mix Bullion with 1 cup cold water and cornstarch mix until blended. And pour over the beef in crock pot.

3. Add soy sauce, honey, oil, ginger and garlic. Pour over beef. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
4. Add broccoli to the crock pot. Stir to combine.
5. Cover and cook an additional 30 minutes on high.
6. Serve over hot cooked rice.
